Hey Busta, i wanted to add some cool items to this awesome list of yours. (if you wouldn't mind)

Trim down windows.
Pre-installation
nLite (can also be used to slipstream Service pack. drivers, software, hotfixes, whatever.)
Freeware Windows application goes directly into your Windows installation disc and helps you selectively rip out all the features and software you don't want. When you're done (and you can be pretty ruthless), you'll have a new Windows installation disc that you can use to install the lighter, gutted version of Windows.
and Post-installation
XPlite rips selected components out of XP with the same goal as nLite—it just does it post-installation rather than pre-installation. XPlite comes in a demo version that provides limited removal features and a shareware version that can cut out even more fat.
Also for Vista. they have
Vlitehope this helps some, have used the Xplite already on my machine. and it has made a huge diffrence, im on an old p3 machine with 256ram, basiccly almost the minum for xp to run(at least it feels that way) this program has saved my compter for the next couple of years at least.
Just as a Fair warning. i would still backup your hdd before doing this for the first time. as you
May screw up your windows.
better safe then sorry, i had no problems. but just in case.
